Criteria

Accreditation is open to all online gambling operators, which may be awarded the Safe and Fair Seal of Approval under the following circumstances :

• The operator and their respective software providers share the eCOGRA vision toward fair and responsible gaming, and have and prove the highest level of integrity;
• The operator and their respective software providers comply with the eCOGRA Generally Accepted Practices (eGAP); and
• The operator and the software providers are approved by eCOGRA’s Seals Compliance Committee.
